So Amelia hadn't realized she had company in the trophy room as she'd been lost in nostalgic feelings until she heard someone speaking to her. She turned to face the young Ravenclaw and nodded, a small smile crossing her features.
"I am indeed." She grinned and pointed out her maiden name on two of them, one for Prefect and one Captain. "I was prefect in my fifth and sixth years, before moving onto captain in my seventh year. Which was quite the interesting year," she sighed reflecting back onto the dynamics of having to communicate to the boys about quidditch. "What about you? Any names you recognize here?"
Dorian turned his head to look at the trophy she was pointing at. Rose it said as her last name and he was about to question if she wasn't just randomly pointing out a trophy for they all called her Nurse or Professor Adara now when he realised that she might have gotten married and had chosen her partner's name.
"You were in Hufflepuff" he said instead and it wasn't a question but a statement.
"Did you continue playing Quidditch after graduating?"
He looked around for a moment before he saw the green badge with his father's name on it.
"My dad was Prefect for Slytherin House during his sixth and seventh year" he said as he pointed in the direction of the trophy.
"And i recognize a few names from my father's stories as well as the leaders and captains from the last five years of course" he turned back around.
"It would be cool to have your name on one of these trophies" he said.
"I hope mine will be on one, one day" he doubted it though. Unless there was an award for 'Loving studying and still getting avarage grades' .Then he'd get one.
"A lot of stuff are dissapearing these days" he said as he looked around the room and at the many trophy cases.
"I overheard Jackson telling the Headmaster that the books from the study hall are all gone" like poof!
"I hope nothing happens to the trophies" because they were someones hard work and achievements.
