Juniper grabbed up another set of weights and put them on her ankles, wrist and waist. She made sure that it all was on appropriately. She stretched and looked around to see if anyone needed help with anything. Movement of someone new approaching the pitch, to her surprise (or was it really?) Professor Adara was heading down the pitch.

WE SEE YOU PROFESSOR, We see you.

Even though she didn’t acknowledge the professors presences. She would speak if spoken too. She was just here to observe and if there was a problem surely the professor would have acted more urgently. No problems here then?

Turning to check on Aarron. ”Everything looks good.” She said with a smile. Then she .looked up at Chloe. ”I’ll take a lap with you Chl.” It probably wouldn’t hurt to run off some of this extra energy before getting into the fun stuff.

After taking a lap around the pitch with Chloe, Juni came back to the group and was ready to start the exercise. Heading over to the stack of bats she picked one up. ”Right guys. Next thing we are going to do is taking a bat and hit some bludgers. Everyone grab a bat and get in line to wait for your turn to hit a bludger.” She waited for a moment for them to grab a bat.

”Now since we are on the ground you have a slightly better advantage with your batting stance.” She stepped up to the where the bludgers would appear and wait for one to come her way. Seeing one heading her way she raised her bat up and ready to take a swing. When the bludger came passed she connected with it and watched it zoom to the other side of the pitch. ”Now you might think that this exercise is only good for beaters. But this works all of your muscles. The ones you use for catching and throwing the quaffle, and the ones you use to reach out and catch the golden snitch. Plus it works your core muscles and strengthens your arms…. And legs. It’s good for in season exercises and off season.” She looked over at Bel to see if she wanted to add anything else before the let them lose. If not. ”Let’s get to it then.” Stepping aside to let the next person have a go.
