Absolutely HAD to because he'd been cooped up in his Common Room being lead to and from EVERYTHING for too long and now he was free.
And freedom was getting to him.
If he'd been in some other part of the Castle, there was a good chance he would have missed the quiet voice behind him, but it was quiet down in this part of the dungeons and so he turned to see who had joined him.
"Oh, yes yes yes!" Jó exlaimed back, eyeing the.... washing? the girl had brought with her. "Laundry room is back that way," he said jerking his thumb in a nondescript direction. "But while you're here, you can help me cross the pit of slugs!"
