There’s always next year..” Which was true. As for the Health and Wellbeing group? That kinda sounded both good and boring. “What’s that about?” Was it like doing yoga at stupid o’clock in the morning and eating fruit salad? Because that didn’t sound like something he’d enjoy.
The sixteen year-old had barely been abroad to visit other countries. Whilst his Da was still alive the family would go on holiday to the South of France most years but they hadn’t been since the accident. They had been down to Cornwall a couple of times but other than that Caolan didn’t really go on holiday for they were always busy on the farm. He had however always been interested in travelling around Europe and Germany was one of the countries on his list. “That’s cool” he replied. “No I went to a Muggle School” And he actually really enjoyed it. “Ma is a muggle so it was just easier on us as a family if I went to a school nearby” He didn’t really want to get into right now. Maybe later. “I guess it will just take a bit of time.” He wasn’t giving up just yet. Quote:

She came to a stop as she approached a bench with two schoolboys talking to each other on it. "Are you two alright?," she said, looking at them as if expecting to see their faces turn blue. "You really shouldn't be sitting in one spot for two long in weather like this. At least move up and down to allow blood to circulate."
Being a fitness fanatic, one would have been correct in guessing that mandatory workouts was the only thing Alice missed from Julian's reign of terror. Well, maybe now was a good time to bring a little bit of that back, or so she thought. "Pick an exercise," she ordered, her voice making it clear that it WAS an order. "Or if you want, we can jog around a few times instead." Gunnar nodded. Even if he was interested in quidditch at all, it was still a prudent decision to at least wait it out a year. But he was unlikely to get much in the way of physical activity otherwise unless he took that initiative. "It's kind of like a club," he shrugged as he explained the Health and Wellness Group. "Sometimes we do fun things like obstacle courses or games, but sometimes it's just learning about healthy eating." It was a toss-up really, but it was an alright time for the most part.
Oh, a Muggle school.... but till just now? "I went to a Muggle primary school before I came here," he responded in kind, though he was eleven which felt like a big difference until now. But he didn't press him for information because it felt a little personal. If he wanted to tell him though, he could make that decision on his own.
And he was just about to say something more when they were interrupted by a voice. The voice of his least favorite teacher. "We're fine, professor," he said with a small smile, keeping a light and pleasant tone. He might not be fond of her as a teacher, but he wasn't and wouldn't be disrespectful. But her tone. Was she ordering them to exercise?
Gunnar gave her a curious sort of look with his eyebrow raised. Old habits died hard, he'd suppose. But he also supposed that he shouldn't be surprised considering how she was last year with the excessive rules. "We actually just finished a run around the lake. We just sat down to take a rest." So, no, they didn't need another jog, and exercise was no longer mandatory at someone's barked order.
