At the conclusion of each IC year, the department head team carefully assesses the Ministry of Magic RPG and selects one lucky RPer as their Employee of the Year. An entirely OOC award (which means that their character/s may not be the best at their jobs), RPers who are selected for this title are engaged and have a presence throughout the Ministry, create and foster RP opportunities, have a positive attitude, are without any active site warnings or infractions, and are leaders in the Ministry RPG in their own right.
