Once the Headmaster approached and extended his hand to help her up, Anna knew she couldn't just ignore him. Still chuckling, but not laughing her head off anymore - she had common sense not to laugh right at the Headmaster's face, you know - the Gryffindor Captain took the man's hand and pulled herself up, choosing to stand just behind him to watch the rest of the scene.

Merlin, it was like she was watching one of those Muggle comedy sketches. HAHA!

Anna took it upon herself to be more discreet about her laughing ONLY because the Headmaster was there. She still didn't know him all that well - what if he was mental like Scrimgeour? - so she decided to be slightly more cautious. Which meant she was chuckling and suppressing louder laughs while standing there behind him.

Until he himself decided to join the comedy with the best line ever: '...this portrait was not a compliment and Spinnet has never mothered a thing in her short, overly dramatic life.'

That was it. Anna was proper gone again. And out loud, no less, right behind Headmaster Trent. So much so that she totally missed the Ravenclaw turning up and the discussion about missing things.

She DID, however, see Abra try - multiple times, mind you - to magically detach the painting from the wall, but... the thing remained there. And then Zoryn broke out of her faking appreciation for the 'fan art'.

Anna was trying - really, she was!!! - to not disrupt the scene too much with her laughing, and she stepped back a little as she covered her mouth and finally laughed more quietly. Oh, sweet Merlin, she wished she could film this.

Her abs were getting a proper workout that morning.
