Hopeful to get an answer, as he was always interested in knowing more, Camilus turned to study the different orange hues of a glass of pumpkin juice. She glanced at the mouthwatering foods displayed on the walls around her. She could almost smell the sugary glaze on the doughnuts. "You know, I always assumed it was to spark your appetite and lead you towards the kitchens. They look like you could reach out and take a bite, don't they?" Her eyes followed Mr. Therble's to the glass of pumpkin juice.
"How are classes going for you so far this term? Do you have a favorite?" Kassie remembered her first year and how the classes she thought would be her favorite, didn't end up as exciting as she had hoped. On the other hand, those she thought she wouldn't like, she excelled in and loved.
