The arrival of the headmaster stole Vita's attention and she couldn't help but feel uncomfortable being in the same room as the Max imposters. This certainly didn't make the rest of them guilty by association, did it? Because she'd put money on the fact that a bunch of those Max faces were really Gryffindors-they seemed the type to enjoy this type of prank-and she didn't know many Gryffindors at all! Okay, she didn't know that many people in general, but still.
The fact that Professor Dopple didn't even stop the lesson for the man, though... Did she answer her question, did she not? What was the respectful thing to do here?

Sloooowly she raised her hand, looking between their headmaster and professor, and then she offered, "It's like Zachary said. I've heard if you distract a person by asking a very random question, it'll take their mind off it and end the hiccups. Like asking what someone's middle name is, for example." Hey, maybe that's how they could weed out the fake ones.
