Apart from the wand shop, this had to be Lucas's second - maybe third but shh - favourite shop to be in. Look at all the sweets! And there was always something new in here which was a little out of his pocket money that Mama gave but that was okay because he could still LOOK, right? Right.
And he was staying as far away from those gumball machines as possible. Last time he went anywhere near them, the whole thing got stuck and he had to try and reach in to get his gumball out - which, by the way, he DID pay for so.....
He shook his head, as if shaking the thoughts away, and looked over at the nearby display which had...... uh...... cockroach clusters?! What?! He picked one up - out of curiosity more than anything else - and started examining it. He scrunched up his nose as he looked veeeeery closely at it and then gave it a great big sniff. Did people actually EAT these?!
