ALGAMUS, SIR YES SIR.

The armoury is one of Algamus' favorite places, so shiny and bright and also dusty and always in need of a good cleaning! This time though, this time Algamus had a bad feeling as he mARCHED into the gallery to check on Nimma, and quite rightly so. The scene before Algamus' eyes was difficult to understand...

"Nimma! Why is there water all over the floor!?! Master Ainsworth sir, Algamus will fix it sir, Master can trust Algamus! Sir!" The girl student did not interest Algamus in the slightest, as long as she kept her greasy fingers off his shiny Hogwarts armour.

This creature spilled water on my brand new shoes.’’ Glares happened when the next elf joined them. “No thank you. That one there has done enough.’’ Oh his precious shoes! Non verbally a drying spell was cast. In the meanwhile, all three of his company were ignored.

It wasn't every day that you came across a situation like this one, not even this term where things were a little more extra than normal. Bel didn't want to upset the house elves or stress them out further but if she could run interference a bit so that they might escape unscathed.... well, she would.

She was a little surprised, if she was honest, that it was apparently such a big deal to have water on his shoes. Every single pair of hers had been thoroughly imperviused by her mother, so it wasn't a problem that she ever ran into herself. And.... they looked dry now? Obviously Professor Ainsworth was good enough with his wand, even if he was just a Muggle Studies Professor. Muggle Studies, a subject she herself was mostly pretty pro at, but spells like that one? Not a chance. She was pretty sure too that she'd never be able to manage a non-verbal, so it was always pretty impressive to see one, even if there was a scowl accompanying it.

"I think it was an accident, professor, it had to be. Plus its only water, right? Your shoes look fine. My mum imperviused all my shoes, so water never bothers me, I bet you could do that too, impervius them, that would keep them nice, wouldn't it, sir?"

Hopefully Algamus would vanish the water puddle instead of chastising poor Nimma any more.
