Department Head of Magical Transportation: [1]
The Department Head of Magical Transportation oversees all things that involve magical forms of transport for all of Great Britain. Porkeys, Brooms, the Floo Network, Apparation, and the now legal use of flying carpets and other contraband all fall under the jurisdiction of the Department of Magical Transportation. Many great witches and wizards have held this position of Department Head and all have traits intended to be passed down to those left to come.

This employee offers personalized support to the Magical Transportation Department Head. Responsibilities include administrative and clerical duties, organizing and maintaining the Magical Transportation offices, and acting as a liaison between the department head and other employees.

Minister's Liason for Level Six: [1]
The Minister of Magic appoints a witch or wizard to work with each Department and run a connection between the Minister and the rest of the government's workers. A liason is hired to be this connection and will assist with many things on level Six.

Public Transportation Specialist: [1]
In charge of foreseeing the smooth operation of all public wizarding transportation devices (IE the Knight Bus, the Hogwarts Express, and various other modes of transportation less well known). Also responsible for going out into the muggle world to investigate ways to initiate a wizarding public transportation. Works under the Department Head only.

Starling, Jewel (npc)

Experimental Public Transportation Developer: [2]
This position will involve skills with metal to experiment ways wizards and witches can implement something similar to an undergrad train system that muggles use, only it will be for magical users. It will require much work out in the field as well as hands on magic involving metal and other building skills.
