The DH's haven't been told it's been officially opened and we are still planning and waiting on a few things.

Permissions may be a bit wonky since after it was closed we couldn't even see the Ministry to make changes (tricksy permissiones *GOLLUM GOLLUM*) So they may have become muddled while giving us those permissions back.

We're asking around as well
