Jackson immediately brought himself a bit taller and chose to ignore the snake's hiss... even if it scared his pants off having it HISS AT HIM LIKE THAT. "Of course, Professor, I apologize. This way please," and began heading towards the Headmaster's Office. He tried to shake off the feeling the snake had given him just now, and walked purposefully. He decided against small talk... this definitely didn't seem like someone interested in that. Jackson kept a brisk pace, trusting that the man was easily able to keep up.
