Juni just stared at the front of the room for about what felt like forever. For whatever reason she just had zoned out for a bit. It took her a few minutes to recover and get focused on the new task.

The sixth year looked down at both her arithmancy book and her ancient runes book open and sitting next to each other. She was starting to get flashbacks of last term about a week before exams. This lesson was making her feel overwhelmed again like she did then.

Her eyes moved from one book to the other and to the chart of poses. She was basing her answers on either runic poses associated with the area of the chakra or the meaning of the rune. Which resulted in giving two runic poses for a few of the chakras. It took her awhile figure out things because of her moving back and forth through all of the information.

Looking up at professor Sabra as she had asked them a question. Goals of runic yoga? Did she know that? She was sure she had seen something about it. Thinking about other things that she knew of with normal yoga and what she thought she remembered about reading about stadhagaldr. She raised her hand after she came up with a conclusion. ”Isn’t one self control or wait no… isn’t it something like control of emotion?” Well she kind didn’t have the answer together. But she got it out and to the point.
