Was it obvious yet that this topic was thoroughly confusing Archer? Because it was. Though Professor Sabra's explanation actually helped to connect it to Ancient Runes anyway. And a quick glance around the room actually gave her some idea on what to do. So, she did some quick reflection and came up with a list of chakras she felt she needed to focus on.

1- Visshuda - Throat Chakra - expression and communication
2- Heart Chakra- middle of the chest - love and compassion
3- Manipura - solar plexus or navel point - action and balance
4- Muladhara - tailbone - security and survival

She had trouble deciding on the final chakra, though. And even more trouble connecting them to specific runes. She decided to take a peak around at the papers of those around her until she got a good idea, then went scribbling again.
