A daily yoga routine to eliminate stress? Ummmmm. He’d rather start the day with extra sleep and not a yoga routine to be honest. Max flicked uninterestingly through his textbook and looked for the poses that looked easiest.
He figured he’d start with Perthro because at least that runic pose was a sitting down one.
