After a relaxing meditation at his favourite place on the grounds, the entrance gates, Dorian walked the wooden bridge to get back inside of the castle. He still had to do his potions homework and the history of magic essay was not going to write itself sadly enough. He let out a soft sigh as he thought of the work he had waiting in the Ravenclaw Common Room. Don't get him wrong, he enjoyed learning and studying as well. But not all the time. Sometimes he wanted to do nothing.
Stretching his arms in front of him, the fourth year passed a boy on the bridge and as he looked back to see who he was he noticed that he was drawing or writing something in a sketchbook. Curious, the Ravenclaw walked backwards a couple of steps before turning to see what he was drawning. "That looks neat" he said after looking over his shoulder. Of course, he didn't draw himself so he thought that everything was neat when others drew...
"why isnt this rock turning out well.. stupid pencil" he rubbed the sharp pencil on his pants and continued to work on the rocks near the water... he felt someone coming near but he was sure that they passed then he heard the guy talk.. thank goodness he was aware of his surroundings or he would have screamed and dumped his book over the edge.. keeping a tight grip on the books edges he turned around to see the guy.
"hey man thanks" for some reason this guy didnt seem like he would be annoying at all, he actually came off as cool, so far this is the most interaction hes had here other than the teachers.
"just wanted to get out of there" he jabbed the end of the pencil towards the castle,
"is it always like this... i just try to stay out of the way as much as possible" no way he was going to be caught in any of this crossfire happening between the professors and students.
