The owner of the shop took great care to details of those cobwebs and their position, they do not reflect dirt or filth, they're there to intimidate and impress.

The display of this shop is full of strange, one-of-a-kind items that are all related to dark magic. The owner of this shop made it clear outside that the customer needed to have a permission from the ministry to purchase an item from this shop.
