Okay then.
Kaitlynn had a bowtruckle and was feeding it the woodlice and fairy egg she had. It was kind of cute, in a twiggy way. She'd never thought a tree was cute, but then most trees didn't move, and weren't teeny tiny.
Professor Wayland's instructions were to make a small hole in the tree, and then summon the wood lice into the jar. No problem, she could do that.
With the ways of making a hole in the tree running through her head, she decided to go with the Gouging spell. "Defodio," she said, pointing her wand and doing the wand movement at the tree, stopping when a small hole was formed. Now... summoning!
"Accio Wood lice," she said, clearly clearly clearly. She was amazed when a small trickle of wood lice came out of the tree. Using the jar, she used it to collect the wood lice coming out of the tree. There weren't a lot... and once the small stream of wood lice stopped she saw that her jar was only about half full. She thought perhaps either her spell wasn't powerful enough, or the hole wasn't large enough. So, picking a spot a bit away from her original hole, she made another one, and cast "Accio Wood lice," performing it with the dome-like wand movement. The wood lice came out with the same trickle, but it was enough to fill the jar up.
