Max continued to eyeball the younger boy suspiciously….. he had questions and a lot of them. Given to him by who? And why? And where was it now?

“You know what…..? Whatever.” Because in actual fact, he didn’t care enough right now. What he cared for most in this very moment, was getting this swamp gunk off of him. The Prefect’s Bathroom was practically calling his name.

“Five points from Gryffindor for hopping the rope, playing in the swamp and making a mess.” Technically Peeves had made the mess…. And he hadn’t technically caught the boy playing in the swamp… But he HAD hopped the rope.

He was feeling gross, smelly and annoyed and Max didn’t like this kid. So there.
