Even when Headmaster Scrimgeour isn't standing directly in front of you in the Great Hall or during a Defence lesson, he still has managed to remind everyone of his presence. Every hour since the first day of classes, from the morning wake-up call to the calling of lights out, his gruffy voice booms from the school loudspeakers.

"All students are to report to the Great Hall for super at 5 PM and remain inside the castle unless accompanied by a professor."
