Natasha could not express how relieved she felt. After her mistake with the greeting, she was more than relieved that her answer had been correct. She was not overly familiar with pyromancy, but she had looked through all of her books, to at least have a basic idea.
As soon as she was given permission to sit, she wasted no time in sitting. Getting her notebook, she began taking notes immediately, trying to keep up which led to a hasty scribble. She could rewrite it neater at a later time in her free time.
She raised her hand to give her answer. "From what I have read, those practicing pyromancy look for an image that stands out among the others. If none stand out, then they should start over. The medium burned depends on what answers you are looking for, if I recall. I know the appearance of the smoke has meaning as well, but I don't know the different meanings." She explained, knowing her wording could have been better, but she was still shaken and hoped the answer would be acceptable enough. "I've also read that it's important to avoid letting your own emotions cloud your judgement during a session as it can falsely influence what you see, leading to inaccurate interpretations." |
