Hoops? Okay, Abra thought he could see where this was going. At the instructions from Anna, he considered the hoops for a moment, before going right ahead and flying through them. Not that he didn't have his wand on him, he did, but because flying was fun, and he'd take that option always.

When Anna sent the hoops out over the pitch, Abra watched them all go, nodding along to what the captain was telling them to do to show that he understood. Though in some contexts it could feel like a lifetime, thirty seconds wasn't a huge amount of time to really show off what they could do, and Abra knew he'd have to make the seconds count. Already he was mentally planning a route through the hoops, but he looked back around when Anna mentioned making things a bit more interesting later. Now, what would that entail? Bludgers, maybe?

No time to think about that, though. It was time. On Anna's shout, Abra directed his broom straight up into the air and headed for the first hoop on his mentally mapped out route. As he sped through it, he chanced a glance backwards just out of curiosity, to see which colour he had been assigned. Turquoise. Alright, he'd take it.

Not that he had a choice in the matter.

Eyes front again, Abra put on a burst of speed and began weaving his way through the hoops that were spread out over the pitch. From his first hoop, he went straight ahead and through his second, then made a sudden right turn and flew through a third. Pulling the handle of his broom back he flew straight up into the air to reach the next, and then, once he had passed through it and turned it turquoise, Abra went into a sudden dive and aimed for one of the hoops that was closer to the ground. Through hoop number five he went, before he directed his broom back skywards again, urging it on to the next target, eager to get some turquoise on as many hoops as possible before the thirty seconds was up.
