Sarah thinks I'm cute | Shan's safe space. Watching as their captain - Anna, he now knew her as - speak to the group, Józef didn't notice her nervousness. This was partly because he wasn't the most observant of people, and partly because his gaze kept moving across the faces of all of the people gathered there. He could tell that it was going to be very competitive from the outset, but it didn't particularly worry him: he was BORN to play Quidditch, after all. Who cared if he was only eleven and had probably never played at their level before?
NOT HIM.
"I'm John Doe," he flashed a cheeky grin at Anna as he introduced himself, the name from the prefects compartment coming back to him. "Or Józef Kowalski. Whatever is easiest for you to remember." He added it almost as an afterthought. "I'm trying for Keeper, but I don't really mind what position I play."
He was just most USED to keeper, having played it most in his little league team back home, but if she thought he'd be a better fit for some other place that meant he was on the team? Well, he DEFINITELY wasn't going to complain.
After one more glance over the people there, Jó started a little warm up, doing some star jumps and stretching rather hurriedly - he wanted to be FLYING. That was why he was HERE. So it wasn't long before he'd mounted the school broom and started performing his laps around the pitch.
