While he was standing guard over the injured, he overheard the young Hufflepuff as he approached.
"Mr. Prichard. It appears your manners have been forgotten. 3 points from Hufflepuff for the less than gentlemanly words and you may join me this evening to practice those lost manners." By this point he had had enough. The young Hufflepuff was lucky that the headmaster hadn't heard the comment as the punishment Foster had in mind would surely be far less severe.
