For anyone ^^ urine trouble | Pat's Strong Confident Other Half | Pees Like a Champion Unicorn Racehorse The walk from the Sorting Hat to the Gryffindor table wasn't a long one but it felt longer than it actually was. Maybe it was because he was still uncomfortably aware of the eyes on him and the attention and the fact that his wet socks were still squelching under his feet.
But hey, there was clapping and cheering too! And while he would rather sink himself into a corner, he couldn't help but smile sheepishly, his cheeks turning a little pink. It was starting to feel very real now: being at HOGWARTS, being Sorted, wearing a very official-looking red and gold tie that he'd seen Emma wearing - one that he kept looking at and patting down for no reason.
And speaking of Emma, where was she?
Reaching the table, Lucas looked up and down the long table for his big sister. Emma had given him ALL the information he needed and he KNEW she would be over the moon about this. Over the moon and stars and all the planets because they weren't separated and maybe, just maybe, Hogwarts wouldn't be so scary, after all.
But he didn't see her face, not even when he stood up on the edge of his tippy toes, so he chose to sit down riiiiiight...... uh....... here. Yeah. Right here. Empty seat that had silver plates and cutlery in front of it which he stared into, his reflection beaming back at him.
So. Where was the food? This was a feast, wasn't it?
Was there chicken? He wanted chicken.
