Well, that happened Ah, siblings. That made more sense. Far be it from her to interceed. If she was worried about her brother being lost, then she could indeed keep worrying.
Rather than think too much on it, Jessa focused on the kid’s question. Shampoo was one way to put it but, “No, it’s just my own brand of potion that does it. Gives everything a nice little kick, keeps everything in good vitality.” Vague but not a lie. Her potions were the only reason her babies didn’t look like the corpses they were—although she did have a theory on that, one she wanted to test out but not on these two....these two had come too far and she liked their progress. “I wanna say their diet helps too but it might be too big a conclusion to draw without ample evidence.”
In all the new arrivals and conversations, Jessa hadn’t at first noticed the Slytherin girl moving away, but she caught sight of her crouched just a small ways off and fixed her with a curious look.
Admittedly, it took her an extra second to decide whether to get involved, her mind actively wondering how willing it was to deal.
But she probably had to, so with Archimedes still with the boy and Tiberius returned to her own hands, she moved over and crouched next to her. “What’s up?” Somethinf obviously, leaving the question of ‘are you alright?’ a bit redundant.
