Javi the Seal wasn't quite sure what he was trying to accomplish anymore - to show the man that something was not right and he was ACTUALLY a person, to get to water, or to just...be somewhere that was not HERE. Also, he was suddenly hungry. The man didn't happen to have any fish on him, did he?
He stopped moving as the man started to spray water in his face. Part of him was happy about that - but the other, human half was annoyed. HOW could he communicate with this guy that he needed to get in to the Ministry? To St. Mungos? Anywhere that wasn't in the middle of the Ministry entrances?!
So, he rolled over to his stomach and began to sloooooowly inch his way towards the man. This was a lot harder to do when the surface wasn't slippery like ice...
