Also, how on EARTH had this even happened?! He had just been minding his own business, heading to work, and suddenly he became a seal. This was by far the weirdest thing that had EVER happened to him in his life.

When he saw the Ministry working approaching, the SEAL part of his brain took over. WHOA WHOA WHOA WHAT WAS HE DOING? He was reaching for his wand! HE WAS GOING TO HURT HIM! NO NO NO! He just needed to get to WATER!

Letting out another loud roar, he began to flail a bit more. What was he gonna DO?!
