Not only that, but it was a weird...patch. Like a spot. That wasn't how gray hair was supposed to work, right?
He'd had the hiccups a lot lately too. Except they were more like...high pitched YELPS. Almost like a BARK. What the heck was up with his body?! This was not normal, none of this. He was seriously considering heading to St. Mungos and he NEVER went to the Healers. Because he was stubborn like that.
As he entered the Ministry, he decided that he would at least make it to lunch, and then call it a day and head home early. It was Friday anyways, no harm in starting the weekend a little early...
Sweating now, he loosened his tie a bit as he headed toward the atrium and then...suddenly....his legs were giving out. Dizzy and disoriented, the man fell to the floor, quite alarmed at how he had suddenly fallen down like that. He looked back at his feet only to find...
He had no feet. OH MERLIN! HIS FEET HAD TURNED IN TO FLIPPERS!
And that...was the last conscious thought Javier Hernandez had before he transformed completely, his brain being taken over Javi the Leopard Sea. He still knew who he was...sort of...but the confusion and alarm and straight up PANIC he was experiencing had taken over any rationale remaining in his mind.
He knew he had to move, but...LEOPARDS COULDN'T WALK! There was no WATER here! This was all so terribly wrong!
So the leopard started to thrash around, letting out a strangled sort of roar as he tried to move even just a few inches forward. There was a seal in the Ministry.
That was the first thought that crossed Simon’s mind as he finished up checking on the wand weighers and headed towards the one entrance to see about wards. The second was that he wasn’t all that surprised by the seal’s presence there. Well maybe not in the Ministry of Magic, but the atrium seemed like more than an awkward place to find a marine animal. “Guess Creatures is missing a visitor,” the security man mused as he approached, his mind a whir on just what he was up against.
Levitation seemed like the only option with anti-apparition effects in order. No way he could lift a heavy seal himself. Just HOW did it get in here in the first place after all? There was no water nor trail of water. Must be a prank of sorts. “Easy there, fella,” Simon tried to calm the creature down as it thrashed and roared, his own movements cautious as he reached for his wand.
