Gryffindor Boys' Dormitories


Located at the top of a spiral staircase and just to the left are the Gryffindor boys' dormitories. Rooms are assigned according to year, and each door is marked with a wooden plaque. Room assignments are as follows:

Each room is home to several cozy four poster beds with gold sheets and pillows and a bright red velvet covering. There are matching red silk curtains that can be drawn to give the occupants a bit of privacy. Each bed has its own nightstand, and, in keeping with the Gryffindor element of fire, the rooms are lit with magical flames in fireproof, shatterproof jars.

Thirsty? A mini fridge stocked with bottles of water sits in one corner of each room. You may even find a midnight snack in there somewhere! In accordance with Headmaster Scrimgeour's rules regarding food, the mini fridge has been removed.

Please remember that this is the boys dorm, in other words NO GIRLS ALLOWED! But just in case anyone gets any ideas, the rooms are charmed to emit a loud siren to immediately alert the Head of House.
