Lucy was a shy student at Hogwarts. She is the youngest of six, all older brothers, and often took refuge in her room to get away from the chaos of large family life. Once at Hogwarts, she developed a love of other languages and serving others. She attended University to continue her language studies and graduated with a degree in Hospitality Management. Her long term dream was to run an inn with her husband. Sadly, her husband Roland, passed away from unknown causes, leaving her a widow before they had children.
Her love of caring for others grew as she was able to focus her sorrow over the loss of her husband into taking in those that had no place to stay. She turned her home into a place of refuge for all needing a safe place for a few nights. Unfortunately, her home was destroyed by a fire, leaving her homeless. Her indomitable spirit led her to seek out new opportunities and landed her the job at the Leaky Cauldron, where she now lives and is a part owner.
Lucy may seem a bit rough around the edges and she has almost no volume control, but she will give anyone a second chance. All they need to do is ask.
