The Slytherin Common Room, over the last few weeks, had proven to be one of the most uncomfortable places in the Castle. Somewhere Felicity had always felt peaceful had taken on a distinctly disturbing quality, and the windows she'd happily spent hours over the years staring out of now held the horrors that had confronted her in the greenhouses. It was safe to admit that she wasn't going to miss that, now, but she would miss the girls she'd dormed with and the friends she'd made since she started here.

Maybe it was because she'd joined in her fourth year, rather than first that she'd spent so long feeling like an outsider, worrying that the other people in the school wouldn't like her. She couldn't have been more wrong, she thought, staring at the Slytherin table from the Ravenclaw with a wistful smile. Upon seeing Junia make her way over, Felicity kissed Diego on the cheek and headed back to the green and silver clad people she'd become so close to.

"I'm here." Felicity arrived just in time to hear Junia's question, and she answered as she slipped into the seat next to her. Skylar and Vivian got small smiles, and Flynn received a curious look as he went off with the Head Boy. She was glad to see him back in the Castle, but her stomach still twinged with guilt when she saw the tired look in his eyes. "Is it awful that I'm ready for this to be over?" she added under her breath, so only her best friend sat next to her could hear it. Junia would understand, right?

Besides, the amazing summer they had planned was merely days away.
