While waiting for Professor Stewart's response to her question, Professor Wayland came and scooped up the the injured professor and started running up the hill. She didn't hesitate in following, keeping her injured arm close to her body and her wand on the ready. Her mind felt detached from her body and she was thankful her legs seemed to know the way to go.

Up the hill they ran, the destruction all around them unnoticed. She had one focus, get to the castle and make sure her friends were okay. As they got closer, she could hear the shouts of spells being casts and the smell the smoke from the fires. There seemed to be far too much smoke to simply be burning Inferi and she feared the castle was on fire.

"Keep running, sir, I'll watch out behind us!" She didn't want Professor Wayland to worry about having to watch his back while running with Professor Stewart in his arms.
