How could one not chuckle about the muggle treats, "Well the catering should be bringing them up shortly as a matter of fact. There will be a few items like Hot Dogs and popcorn, I'm not fully sure what else they are in the works with." Of course she would be using the catering staff for the event, it only made sense to use ministry employees for a ministry event.
Looking at her watch, she figured it was time to start. "Alright everyone if you could look at your packets. Adam here can fully explain anything involving Stemp House you aren't sure of. During this event, there will be many different opportunities for us to raise money. We will all be sporting the Stemp House shirt that all money raised selling them goes directly to the house, as well as our carnival games, dunk tank, and the small entry fee for our main event."
"Speaking of the main event we need to figure that out as well. Our choices are Rounders (aka like softball/baseball), Soccer, Kickball, or Dodgeball. Yes, I know some of these are American muggle sports, but being that many of us our older Wizards any muggle sport you throw at us will be new." Some wizards were more into muggle sports than others, but at the end of the day, this was going to be a blast. "What are thoughts on the main sport event?"
