She stirred the sugar and water mixture until the sugar was dissolved. Using "Calefacio," Daisy increased the heat to medium for five minutes to allow the sugar to carmelise to a light golden-brown colour.

Daisy then used "Accio," to gather the apples and butter. She added the apple to the caramel, making sure the cut-side was facing upwards, dotting each slice of apple with butter. Daisy turned the heat down to very low as she partially cooked the apples for five minutes. Once the five minutes had elapsed, Daisy turned off the heat via "Finite," and set the pan aside.
