It was time to indulge in something she wanted despite her slight lactose issue, which she was taking potions for to help with the symptoms.
Entering the kitchen she headed straight for the coffee station. Selecting a large cup she went about fixing herself her desired drink adding just a hint more orange flavor to it. With the steaming hot latte in hand, Sammy moved towards the food after getting a plate, napkin and utensils. The goal in mind being that cheeseburger, hopefully with bacon. Mmm bacon.. how she loved it so much!
Right there in the center of one of the tables was what she was looking for. Right next to th- ... hotdogs. Her twin brothers favorite. For a brief moment she contemplated getting both food items just because. There was no reason to though, she wouldn't eat all of that food by herself. With a soft sigh she reached for the burger instead setting it on her plate.
Hotdogs were the only reason Jeremy had been to the kitchen that afternoon. He had been craving the snack for practically the entire day but among studies, lessons and the girlfriend, Jeremy hadn't found the time to fix his favourite snack. Not until that moment when he was putting two dogs together. His mouth was watering as the delicious scent wafted to his nostrils. However, at that moment (when he was about to dump a generous amount of grated cheese on them) he happened to look up. "Sam!'' he thought wildly.
Ugh.
He was in no mood to talk to her!
Without much of a thought, Jer dove under the nearest table in the hopes of avoiding her altogether. You see, it was too late for him to dash for the door as Sam was already there. He pulled his knees up to his chin and wrapped his arms around his legs, watching Sam's feet parade around the Kitchen. |
