Turning his head to the other ghost he greeted gruffly "Good day, Sir Nicholas! What brings you here?" Not Peeves again the Baron wished.
Sir Nicholas bobbed up and down in time to the tune the Baron was humming. It was good to see the Slytherin ghost in a cheerful mood for a change! He smiled at the greeting.
"Oh, nothing important. It's just such a perfect day to roam the castle," he replied. The dungeons were depressingly dreary this time of year!
"You?"
The Gryffindor ghost glanced into the glass trophy case. So many past Gryffindor accomplishments! His eyes landed on an award once given to the great Harry Potter himself and his friend Ron Weasley. Ah, memories!
