Skylar felt rather dumb in that moment because here in her near seven years that she's been a wand holder, somehow things weren't quite adding up but she sensed she asked enough questions for the moment, so the Slytherin Captain merely nodded, taking in all the information about the difference between lux and lumos. 'Fluctus Lux' she cast non-verbally, moving her wrist in the practiced fluid motions from before. And as Kennedy had demonstrated, a white light emitted from her wand, to which she smiled satisfactorily. If only casting that blasted patronus would go as smoothly as other charms.
