Still smiling at Daniel, now, he couldn’t help but notice that he didn’t quiet answer his question. But, he was his friend and well...he knew what it was like to feel out of place. “Hey man, don’t worry. We’re here to have fun so, honestly, just try and enjoy yourself”. Although, he had to admit. That throw could have been better.

He really hoped Daniel would have a good day too. That was until Beth showed up. Closing his eyes, he let out the smallest of giggles before finally adjusting his resting face to that of a neutral expression. I mean, could her timing have been any better? She caught the ball. WITH HER FACE!!!! With all his might, he stifled his inner child and walked over to check if she was okay. Before he could say another word, she brought up his...well...what could you call it, confrontation? With Quinn. “Hey, that’s not my fault. Any normal person would feel sorry for her! But she had no right to do that to...”. *Sigh*

“You know what, don’t worry”. It wasn’t often that Ewan got worked up about anything. Nothing. But this? This was not his fault. She could just live with his pity. “Sorry B, it’s not your fault, even though you knew about it and played along....thanks for that by the way”. He knew full well she didn’t care but still. “Anyway... we’e here to play ball so lets go!!”.

Turning towards Daniel now, he smiled. “So Daniel, lets just work on your throwing first. How about we spread out and throw it around a bit?”. Walking away now, he found some space and held his arms up ready for the ball. "You joining in B? It might help with your Quidditch".

“Hey Dan, if you hold your hands up ready, it helps to make a triangle with your hands”. Holding his hands up now to show him, he smiled at him. “Hey, you got this! Forget everything else. Focus on the ball”. Knowing Daniel, he knew he would completely focus on Beth and not the ball but still... he thought he should offer the advice all the same.

Standing in the space now, he couldn’t help but notice the white hair of Professor Myers by the lake. Was he sleeping? Hmm... the lake could be a pretty relaxing.
