Honestly, he didn't get British wizards' obsession with pumpkins. Had it been a mistake to come here instead of Ilvermorny or Beauxbatons? Oh well, too late to come to that conclusion, this being his final year and all. Luckily, after last terms disastrous potions class, his mum had insisted on getting him those special allergy potions, saying that the school probably wouldn't look too kindly on his Epi-Pens. Ridiculous wizards. Ronan still wanted to have to avoid using them whenever possible, though. He still knew how easily potions could be tampered with, after all. So, it was with that in mind that he replied "I'll go out in the corridor."
A move that really would've been fine had it not been for certain a Slytherin and her eagerness, as the top of a pumpkin came flying across the room, narrowly missing him as walked towards the table with the objects. Well, the top itself had missed him. A piece of pulp from said pumpkin top, however? Yeah, not so lucky on that account. It landed on his arm, causing him to stiffen. "S'okay, who did that?" He wanted to know who to curse later. After he was done making a mad dash towards his bag and his potions, of course. Luckily, he reached his bag, retrieved one of the allergy potions, and got it down before he passed out. He was still all kinds of dizzy and fuzzy though. Luckily for the Slytherin.
So, much for a safe year at Hogwarts, huh?
