He mentioned something about playing around. "Are you here to channel your inner-creative-calling into creating the perfect artwork?" Creative!Olivia sadly, didn't reside in creating paintings or drawings but in a dance sports called gymnastics. Her creative calling involved gliding in the air twirling a long ribbon dancing like a fairy. "Nice meeting you Edmund." The boy accepted her handshake when Olivia realized her hands were full of art paint. "Oh. I'm sorry Edmund." She tried to removed the paint transferred to the boy's hand but she only made it worse. "We have to throw these rags." Ed scrunched up his nose, thinking that those things sounded very girly. Definitely not anything he was interested in, but she was a girl, so that did make sense. “Those, aren't really my thing. I like more water and nature I guess.” Things that reminded him of home, not fake things like unicorns. “Oh, I don't know.” he said running his hand through his hair, accidentally streaking some paint through it. “I was going to see what sort of things were in here, but I could try my hand at painting I guess.” He probably wasn't very good at it, but it would be fun. “We could do a painting race or something.” Now that the idea hit him, it seemed really cool.
The Gryffindor boy shrugged, and was a little startled by her odd wiping of his hand.“It's alright, it's just paint.” Honestly, if the gross stains he'd gotten on his clothes from the weird plants and potions ingredients here, he was sure the paint would come off of his hand, and his clothes if he got it on them. “Maybe who ever cleans our clothes can clean these too?” Grabbing another rag off of the table, he used it to wipe up the last bit of paint. “There, how's that?”
