Reese had taken his time in following along as he wanted to take in as much of his surroundings as he could. He thought the tint of the water around him was neat.. An obvious reflection of the sunlight off the seaweed and other aquatic vegetation. Slowly, slowly he went though easily keeping up with the main body of the group of his fellow school mates that were swimming nearby and all over the place in small groups or individually.
He steered clear of the merpeople.. He'd read enough to know that they weren't at all personable from a book he'd read in his spare time. If only muggles knew what they truly looked like.. So.. He trailed along behind everyone..
