"Are there places in particular that you wanna visit first?" The Head Girl figured that maybe she'd have heard stories from other students and perhaps her parents too, if they did come here. But if not, there were nice interesting spots anyway, especially outside.
And maybe being curious must have been a Ravenclaw thing. Vivian was the curious kind too, but she didn't exactly ask all the questions. Maybe that's what sets them apart. The blond was more of the 'I'll find the answers myself' type. Nevertheless, she didn't mind answering any from other people as long as it made sense. "My... first year?" She couldn't help but let out a tiny laugh. That was six years ago. Merlin, was she that old now? "It was okay. Typical Hogwarts drama. There was a crazy hag on the loose, but she's gone now. Don't worry." Pause. Perhaps traumatising ickles wasn't the best approach. "But I was the adventurous type. I did get lost in these corridors, once upon a time." Legit.
But enough about her. She was here to help Oli out. "What are you looking forward to the most?" Vivian asked.
"You looked beautiful." Olivia said in a hushed voice. She knew that comment was out of the blue but she wanted to let her know. Olivia didn't have many friends yet and she appreciated the fact that Vivian was giving her the helping hand during her first days at Hogwarts. Everyone in her year was probably down by the lake making as many friends as they could get or castle wandering with their friends even before Hogwarts.
"I'd really love it if you could show me how to get to my classrooms." FIRST. That would be CHECKLIST #1. But it really all depends on Vivian. Whatever's here at the 6th floor up could be the start of their journey.
Typical Hogwarts drama?
"I hope that hag won't come back anytime soon." Not until Olivia learn loads of spell and could completely defend herself.
"You told me you'd give me tips on how to navigate the moving staircases!" Certainly the exciting-est part of it all.
Olivia threw a yellow-colored M&Ms down her mouth and gestured one bag to Vivian,
"I brought some for you too." Her Aunt Jasmine stocked up loads in her trunk, bless her. Her gaze caught Vivian's badge again then back to Vivian, and then back to the badge.
"Can I touch your....it?" Olivia couldn't lift her eyes from the shiny tag, not until she could officially feel the power it possessed.
