It didn't take her long. As a first year, Vivian was the adventurous type and occasionally got lost in random corridors. She did create her own staircase guide back in her second year too, but the Head Girl could only assume that it was tucked away somewhere in her trunk... or possibly left at home. Who knows? It had been years, but she had already remembered the moving staircase routes by heart.
Nodding in greeting at some of the portraits, Vivian went towards the younger girl and smiled a bit. "Hi," she said. "I hope I didn't keep you waiting. It was a long way from the dungeons." Sort of, but it was all fine.
Ever since Olivia knew that Vivian was Head Girl, she started to admire her a little more. She was the authority and she enforces the rules. Olivia hoped that one day, the shiny badge would land on her robes too.
"Hi! Thank you for coming up here." With this opportunity with the Head Girl, Olivia refused to make a fool of herself. She composed herself and made a mental note to follow each of Vivian's instructions. She knew they were usually patrolling the corridors for rule-breakers, so this small castle tour would probably take up a good chunk of her time.
Curious as to how she became the Head Girl, Olivia asked the older blonde.
"Vivian, how was your first year like?" It usually starts from there, yeah?
