This year was going to be different for sure, in a good way, he could feel it. Captain Kirk essentially had the bar to set from last year, having snuck 2nd place in the Quidditch Cup, the only place to go was up.. Yes, pun intended. He formed up some plans during the summer and couldn't wait to use them this year. Once he showed up at the Quidditch with his trusty Andromeda 2100 in one arm, the chest and other assortments in the other. He then placed the Quidditch chest and other assortments on the ground.

Kirk didn't have to wait long before familiar faces and not so familiar faces together showed up. He was pleased at the sight. "Hey Jessa." Decent day for flying, it was. "Sure is, the stars didn't show any upcoming bad weather for today." Followed by Chloe. He nearly blinked at the questions, she must be nervous he deduced. "S' Fine with me, it's all about playing your strengths today." He could make out the younger ah, yes first years arriving. "You're just in time." He smiled kindly, before giving his fellow sevvie a sup nod. "Hey Rhea." They shared the same comfort on speaking only when necessary. Ahh and there was another one arriving. "Hey Juni." Kirk noticed she came prepared, oh, and she brought her own bat. Good, good, that left more bats for back-up just in case. Ahh, there was another first year, he recognized this young guy. "Hey, welcome." Kirk smiled just as kindly at him.

Kirk waited on the others to settle in before, realising the time, "Well then, welcome to Tryouts everyone. Now as expected, just because you were on last year's team doesn't guarantee an automatic placement for this year. But enough of that, we'll be going through all the positions possible just incase might find yourselves playing better in a different position than desired." Think that about covered it. "The stars last night showed promise for today, so I've no doubt you guys will give it your all. So first let's start with some stretches and movements to get your limbs loose and shake those nerves then we can get to flying." Sounds good, eh? "When you're ready.. GO!" Kirk first began with circling and pressing his arms close to his chest to get a few pops going.

OOC: Hey guys, we're gonna start off with doing stretches and any exercises your character feels comfortable with to start off. Any other claws are welcome to jump in at any point, just don't forget to fill out the survey here if you haven't already before posting.
