Quinn nodded with a smile. Jessa clearly understood, she could see that obvious enough. It struck her suddenly that perhaps, she and Jessa weren't all that different. Jessa seemed much less cynical than Quinn, despite being the older of the two, but perhaps, beneath that detail, they weren't all that far apart. "I've never had trouble getting things done," she said. Then again, she never had trouble find space or time alone before this. Both of those were in ample supply at the Kevelle house, and on those rare occasions that she wanted company, she'd just climb across the roofs to Beth's house. That probably had a lot to do with getting things done with little issue.

"It's more..." she paused, hesitating clearly now. Imogen had told her she needed to work on opening up and letting people in. And she did sense a kindred spirit to some extent in Jessa, so maybe she'll understand it. "It's more, I can be me when alone in ways I usually can't when I'm not." Don't ask her to explain though. She felt the truth of the words clearly enough, but in what way they were true she could not yet say.

Her curiosity was swelling in her again. She wanted to know what this idea that Jessa seemed to come alive just thinking about was. The easiest way would be to ask, but it dawned on Quinn that Jessa might have avoided saying what it was for a reason. And besides, Quinn was much more comfortable with her usual tactic. Silently observing and watching and getting her answers that way. It took longer, but usually worked. Then again, Imogen would have prompted her to ask if she were here.

Before Quinn could decide which way to go, Jessa said something else that caught and occupied the girl's mind. A bat or a bird? No, she had said another bat. Quinn's eyes followed Jessa's to the where they settled for a moment, but there was nothing special about the spot, so she ignored it. "You don't hurt them, do you?" There was an undercurrent of concern in her question; concern that settled the internal debate inside her. "What is your experiment, if you don't mind me asking?"

Quinn tilted her head a bit, her eyes no longer seeing Jessa or the room for the briefest of seconds while she ran that name in through her head, trying to recall anything about it, or suss out any hidden information in the name, beyond the obvious of a room that fills a requirement. Or requires something. Then Quinn was back, brow slightly furrowed. "What's the Room of Requirement?"
