Jessa Fluttery Pegasi Quinn jumped, bow screeching off the strings unpleasantly. She scowled, mostly at herself for that abhorrent last note. Lowering her violin, she turned to the intruder. Oh, it was Prefect Jessa. Quinn seemed to slip into a state of ease, like some barely perceptible tension evaporating like the morning dew under the warmth of the noon sun. "Yes," she said, her tone even and matter-of-fact. "I'm not always...amicable," yeah, that worked, "of other people." In case the prefect hadn't quite noticed that of her. The way her eyes seemed to smile for her, though, suggested that, at present, Jessa was not considered one of those other people. After all, she did free her from luggage, and even though there was no danger of Quinn having been stuck in that luggage prison for long, it still did a lot to enamor the prefect to her. "I like my alone time and space," she added as a secondary thought. "But you're welcome to stay if you'd like."
Quinn paused, looking the prefect up and down curiously for the first time since she interrupted. "What have you been up to today?"
