Lex had taken a few deep breaths and her nerves were a bit calmer now. She saw a couple of familiar faces from the train, Emmalyn and Daisy. "Hey girls!" she said, waving and beaming at them. It made her more comfortable to see a couple of familiar faces. "I'm so glad I made Hufflepuff!"
She then smiled at the other students sitting nearby, who were all meeting and greeting each other. She hadn't caught their names yet. Even so, they were her housemates now and she was sure that she'd make plenty of new friends.
"Hey everyone," she said to them. "I'm Lex!" Hopefully she would learn everyone's names and get to know them. They all looked very friendly. |
