She had been doing as much studying as she could over the summer. You know when she wasn’t busy doing the summer thing. So yes it was good to be back.

Though she had kept a pretty low profile on the train, she more in the mood to socialize a bit at the feast now. She was hungry more than anything. Honestly snacking on snacks pretty much the whole train ride wasn’t nothing compared the feast. She headed to the Ravenclaw table. Was she the first one there. Well it’s always a first for everything. She took a seat and watched as the sorting. She could not wait to meet all of the new first year Ravenclaws. She was so excited about the feast in general.
Now that Nettie was OFFICIALLY a Ravenclaw, she felt a surge of excitement. This was going to be her house, her home, her FAMILY, for the next seven years. These were going to be her best friends, she was sure of it! Grinning, the first year girl RAN to the table and plopped down at one of the first open seats she found. There were already students sitting there - older ones, predictably - and she grinned at her.

"Hi! I'm Trinetta, but you can call me Nettie," she told the older girl with a grin. She then turned her attention to the empty plates and cups in front of her. There was going to be a HUGE feast, right?! Because she was absolutely FAMISHED. She hadn't had anything since breakfast, unless you count that chocolate frog on the train.

She poured herself a glass of pumpkin juice and turned back to the sorting hat to watch her fellow first years get sorted. Now that she herself had been sorted, she was very impatiently waiting for the FOOD to get here.
